ORDERS

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is pre-ordered or back-ordered, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. For inquiries regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email info@evokewomen.com

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as an order is submitted on evokewomen.com

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective.

EVOKE WOMEN WILL PAY ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

 

**ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.

                  

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

 

If you have received an item from evokewomen as a gift, you can return it (assuming you are in compliance with our return policy) in exchange for store credit, which will be applied to your evokewomen account. If you are not already a registered evokewomen customer, you can create an account online or contact Customer Service for assistance. If you use the store credit to place a new order, please note that you will be required to pay the difference if your purchase price exceeds the amount of your store credit.

For merchandise purchased through our merchants please contact merchant for refunds or exchanges.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

Please remember returns will only be approved if requested within 7 days of an order's arrival.

  • Please email info@evokewomen.com and include your first and last name and order number.

  • Once reviewed  you can send us your return using a trackable courier of your choice.

For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged.

 

We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from Colorado State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items.  

Please be advised that for International orders returns or exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations in the US. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.

We only recommend UPS or Fedex when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.

REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any broken Agate or Jade piece on bags purchased through evokewomen.com.

For all repair inquiries, email info@evokewomen.com. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece for a fee of $30 plus shipping.

Repairs take 1-2 weeks to complete.


All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

 

PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER STOCKIST

Items purchased through other merchants must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. If they are unable to help you, please email info@evokewomen.com and we will do our best to assist you.

 

GIFT CARDS

  • evokewomen gift cards can be ordered in fixed dollar amounts from $50 to $1000.

  • gift cards can be sent via email to any individual.

  • as with any purchase, you will receive a confirmation email once the gift card email is sent to the recipient.

  • gift card cannot be purchased using another gift card. 

  • no sales tax is charged when purchasing an gift card.

Please note that we cannot replace a lost or stolen gift card..

 

PRODUCT CARE

Each piece of evokewomen designs are hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. 

Gentle cleaning of evokewomen leather pieces is best accomplished with either an eraser or a cleansing baby wipe.
